In cases involving stock delays, customization, or other exceptions, dispatch may take slightly longer. We will notify you if this occurs.

Non-Availability at Time of Delivery

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete, including a valid PIN code and mobile number, to avoid delays or failed delivery.

Cash on Delivery

UVlife does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time. All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment options.
