Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact.

We do not accept returns for:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items that have been used, installed, or tampered with
Change of mind after delivery

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or defective)

Review & Approval

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

Return Shipment

Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We are not responsible for products damaged in return transit due to improper packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be made to the same account used for payment.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacements

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will offer and deliver a free replacement within 7-10 business days , subject to stock availability. If the item is no longer available, we will process a full refund instead.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. You may follow the return process after delivery.
